4. Delivery and Shipping Delivery services are available within Singapore only unless otherwise specified by exXtra Singapore. Estimated delivery timelines provided on the Website or in communications are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Traffic disruptions;

- Logistics constraints;
- Government restrictions;
- Force majeure events.
Liability for Delivery Delays While exXtra Singapore will use reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within estimated delivery timeframes, delivery dates are estimates only. exXtra Singapore shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, business interruption, loss of profits, inconvenience, or consequential losses arising from delays in delivery, regardless of cause, except where required by applicable law.
Additional Delivery Charges Additional charges may apply in circumstances including:
- Stair carries where lift access is unavailable;
- Remote or restricted-access locations;
- Special delivery requirements;
- Re-delivery requests;
- Failed delivery attempts.
Applicable charges will be communicated whenever reasonably practicable.
Failed Delivery Attempts Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location. Claims concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products must be submitted to exXtra Singapore within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery together with supporting photographs and relevant information. Upon verification of a valid claim, exXtra Singapore may, at its sole discretion:

- Replace the product;
- Exchange the product;
- Issue a partial or full refund; or
- Provide another remedy deemed appropriate.
Shipping fees, delivery charges, installation fees, stair-carry fees, and service fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue arises directly from an error by exXtra Singapore.
6. Custom, Made-to-Order, and Special-Order Products Customized, personalized, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, promotional, and non-standard products are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production, procurement, or fulfilment has commenced, except where:
- The product is defective;
- The product does not substantially conform to the agreed specification; or
- Applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, measurements, colors, designs, and requirements before placing a confirmed order. exXtra Singapore shall not be responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information or specifications provided by the customer.
7. Warranty Claims Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer's warranty or an exXtra Singapore warranty, such warranty shall apply only in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. Unless otherwise stated:
- Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by improper handling.
- Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

- exXtra Singapore's total liability arising from any order, product, or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
- exXtra Singapore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages.
- exXtra Singapore shall not be liable for loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, revenue, or data.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES All promotions and offers by exXtra Singapore are subject to the respective set of terms and conditions for that particular promotion or offer, which exXtra Singapore reserves its right to change without prior notice. The right to amend terms and conditions includes changing the price of the promotion or offer, terminating the offer before stated validity date, changing the details of the promotion or offer or any other changes in order to protect the interests of exXtra Singapore or under circumstances of abuse.
You acknowledge and agree that:
(i) each promotional code, referral code, printed coupon or voucher (each a “Voucher”) granted by exXtra Singapore under a promotion or offer, unless expressly permitted in writing by exXtra Singapore, may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public;
(ii) unless expressly permitted in writing by exXtra Singapore, the Voucher is not valid for usage with other types of vouchers, discounts, promotions or offers;
(iii) the Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or refundable;
(iv) in the case where a Voucher entitles you to credits or discounts to be applied to your account, the amount of such credits or discounts must be fully utilized when making payment. Any unused amount will not be refunded;
(v) the Voucher may only be applied by the intended recipient; and
(vi) the Voucher must be used for the intended purpose and in a lawful manner.
exXtra Singapore reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits, discounts or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Vouchers by you or any other user in the event that the Company determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Voucher was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable terms for that Voucher or the terms under this Agreement.

Force Majeure exXtra Singapore shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, pandemics, epidemics, labor disputes, government actions, transportation disruptions, utility failures, cyber incidents, or telecommunications failures.
12. Privacy Any personal information collected through the Website shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
13. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Singapore.
