Exxtra offers three doorstep services — Valet Storage, Pack & Go, and Secure
Device Destruction. They solve different problems, but they share one thing: we
come to you, so you don't have to deal with the logistics yourself. Here's exactly
how each one works.
STORAGE SERVICE
Valet Storage
We deliver crates to your door, collect them when packed, and store everything in our warehouse. Request returns
anytime, and we’ll have it delivered to you.

We’ll deliver the empty crates to you
Pick a date for us to deliver our sturdy, reusable plastic crates to your doorstep. From there, you can pack at your own pace before your chosen collection date.

Packed? We’ll collect from your doorstep
When you’re all packed up, we’ll come back on your chosen collection date to take your packed crates into storage. You don’t need to go anywhere or arrange transport.

Request for returns
If you happen to need something anytime during your duration of storage, simply put in a request for it, and we’ll have your crate(s) delivered to your doorstep!
MOVING SERVICE
Pack & Move
A budget-friendly moving service designed for homeowners who prefer to pack at their own pace. No sourcing cartons. No packing rush. No unnecessary costs. Just a simple, affordable way to move.

Pack your household items into the crates at your own convenience. When you’re done packing, our team will arrive on your chosen collection date for the move.

Our trained crew will assist in wrapping your furniture, loading, transporting, and unloading to your new location safely and efficiently
DISPOSAL SERVICE
Device Destruction
Factory resetting your devices before disposal does not prevent sensitive information from being recovered.
Our device destruction service ensures your old smartphones, laptops, and storage devices are irrevocably destroyed, so that your data remains gone for good.

Decide which devices to destroy
Through our booking system, let us know roughly how many & what type of devices you need help disposing. Our pricing is fixed regardless of the number of devices per trip, but this gives us an estimate of what to expect during collection.

Doorstep collection
Pick a date for us to collect your devices. We’ll ensure that your electronics are secure during transport from your house to our facility.

Industry-grade destruction
Using industry grade processes that are NEA-approved, we’ll ensure your devices are sustainably and irrevocably destroyed.

Certificate of destruction
If you require a Certificate of Destruction for an added peace of mind, please indicate ‘Yes’ during your booking for no additional charge.
