Returns Policy
Product Information We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing displayed on our Website are accurate and up to date. However, product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display product colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will precisely reflect the actual product color. Products and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown on the Website.
Returns and Exchanges Customers should inspect all products upon delivery. If a product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer must notify exXtra Singapore within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery by emailing singapore@exxtra.com.sg and providing the order number together with supporting photographs and relevant details. Subject to verification and approval by exXtra Singapore, eligible products may be repaired, replaced, exchanged, or refunded at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws. Products will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund where:
- The product has been used, altered, damaged, or mishandled after delivery.
- The issue arises from normal wear and tear, improper use, improper storage, or negligence.
- The product differs only slightly from Website images, including minor variations in color, packaging, dimensions, or appearance.
- The claim is submitted after the applicable reporting period.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Shipping fees, installation fees, stair-carry charges, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of exXtra Singapore or a confirmed product defect.
Cancellation of Orders Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch or commencement of delivery services. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and applicable delivery or handling charges may apply.
