Cancellation requests received FOUR (4) working days or more before the scheduled move date

*Customers will receive a partial refund (i.e. total moving fee paid less (i) an administrative fee of SGD$50 and (ii) any third party costs and expenses incurred)

Cancellation requests received THREE (3) working days or less before the scheduled move date

* Eligible for a refund of 75% of the total moving fee paid

Rescheduling requests received THREE (3) working days or less before the scheduled move date

*$50 administrative fee per request

Rescheduling requests submitted FOUR (4) working days or more before the scheduled move date

* The first rescheduling request is complimentary
* Any subsequent rescheduling requests, regardless of notice period, will incur a SGD$50 administrative fee per request

Moving service - Charge for an unsuccessful moving service attendance due to customer absence at the scheduled time and location

* SGD$150 per occurrence

Container delivery / collection - Charge for an unsuccessful container delivery or collection attempt due to customer absence

* SGD$50 per occurrence

Extended container rental- Applicable when containers are retained beyond the complimentary SEVEN (7) working days rental period.

* SGD$10 per container per day until returned to the company

Separate container collection fee - Applicable where a separate trip is required to collect containers retained by the Customer after the Moving Date, including collection rescheduling.

* SGD$50 per trip

Lost or damaged container fee - Applicable for containers not returned, lost, stolen, or returned in a damaged condition beyond fair wear and tear

* All rescheduling requests are subject to availability of moving slots and resources
